How to replace your turbo!
If you are getting P0299 Underboost Check Engine Light Code on your 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, or 2015 2.0L engine Audi A4 A5 or Q5 you most likely have a bad turbo due to the wastegate being loose.
In this video, I will show you how to Diagnose and Replace the turbocharger along with installing an eBay test pipe in place of the catalytic converter.
This took me about 12 hours to do by myself with no help, along with filming it. If I wasn’t filming I could have done it in probably 10 hours. If I ever do it again, I could get it done in one day. If you don’t remove the catalytic converter and just replace the IHI K03 turbo itself it will take you a lot less time, but what fun is that!
